I DIDN'T COME THIS FAR TO ONLY COME THIS FAR
WHY I COACH: What gives me fulfillment? What gives me purpose? TO ME, it is simple. It is to give back and help others. Live by the Golden Rule, this will transform your world: Do unto others as you would have done unto you. Kind heart, brave spirit, lift others. In a world where you can be anything you want - be kind. To bring a smile or a laugh to all those I meet. Guiding and supporting those to overcome obstacles, be the victor in their story, achieving results to get from where you are now to where you want to be. To live a fulfilled, authentic, and more joyful life.
My R E A L ; "Above all else, be true to yourself" My greatest achievements: my three incredible, successful kids; my driving force to my steadfast mindset. and living heart-centered. Living abroad with my wonderful husband. Staying kind and positive (when you really don't want to). Kicking cancers ass, owning my own business, knowing there is no reward without risk. Being Real + Raw with myself, my resilience, my mindfulness, and humour, my savior. Knowing you are, what you believe you are. All things are possible.
My R A W ; "I have endured and at times been broken, been lost in myself, not knowing the way out, but faith that I will. This has all made me stronger. Through pain, meltdowns and laughter too, comes an abundance of growth. Facing fears, anxiety, stresses, and anger with bouts of sadness and depression along the way: being a single teenage mother, marriage and unfortunately divorce, single parenting, job losses, financial issues, car accidents and recovery, empty nest lostness, suicide loss, sudden death in losing my dad, kicking stage 3 cancer & the hot mess that goes with treatments & surgeries, discovering and managing high anxiety, along with all the ups and downs and in-betweens. I am grateful for my struggles they showed me my strength. My latest challenge (and in many ways my most difficult) is being a "daughter of Alzheimer's" to my loving, courageous mom. Who still to this day continues to teach me the true value of love, stength and kindness.
